Custom Cabinet Builder Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Cabinet Builder Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, customizing, and installing high-quality cabinets tailored to client specifications. Your expertise in carpentry, blueprint reading, and various construction techniques will ensure precise craftsmanship and seamless installation. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately build and install custom cabinets.
• Measure spaces meticulously to ensure precise fitting of cabinetry components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, assemble, and finish cabinet components with high attention to detail.
• Install cabinets securely on-site, ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and finishing touches such as caulking and fixture installation.
• Perform related carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, door hanging, siding installation, and framing as needed for project completion.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to confirm specifications and address any onsite adjustments or issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling heavy lifting and construction materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in custom cabinet building, installation, or related carpentry fields such as trim carpentry or framing.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to cabinetry projects.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and fabrication techniques.
• Construction site experience with a focus on cabinetry installation or remodeling projects.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly.
• Familiarity with construction estimating, drywall finishing (plastering), rebar installation, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical experience or plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients throughout project phases.
