Position Summary
The**LoaderOperator**operates the front end loader and other heavy
equipment for our underground crews. This positions plays a critical
role in the success of our projects!
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Effectively, skillfully, safely, and accurately operates a front end
- Completes proper equipment inspections prior to use to ensure that
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations
- Meet production goals from the direction of the site Foreman or
- Signals directions and warnings to crew members at the work site
- Works with crew members when not operating equipment
- Performs other duties as required and assigned
- Adheres to all DCS Contracting safety policies, procedures, and
Qualifications
- 2 years experience operating front end loaders required or
- Knowledgeable of OSHA standards and requirements
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and accept direction from field supervision
- Must be a team player and be willing to help out wherever is needed
- Safety first mindset, MUST stop work if something is unsafe
- Reliable transportation and work schedule flexibility
- Ability to get the job done with minimal supervision
- Must be willing and able to drive within a 60 mile radius from DCS\'s
