Both offices are modern, fully digital, and equipped with CBCT imaging and dedicated consult rooms to support efficient diagnostics and treatment planning. The practices maintain strong patient volume and an established referral network, offering a robust foundation for a new surgeon to thrive.Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a collaborative surgical team serving two high-performing locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for surgical excellence, patient care, and teamwork within a multi-doctor, multi-location setting. This position offers long-term stability, a strong existing patient base, and the opportunity to build a busy, well-supported schedule.ResponsibilitiesPerform full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery including extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, and pathology as appropriate.Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate clearly with patients, referring dentists, and team members.Utilize digital and CBCT technology for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on safety and long-term outcomes.Contribute to a positive team culture across both office locations.QualificationsDDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.Active New York dental license and anesthesia certification (or eligibility).Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient satisfaction.Experience with CBCT and digital workflows preferred.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive daily rate or production-based compensation.Full malpractice coverage provided.CE and professional development support.Health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time providers.401(k) with employer match and paid time off.ScheduleMonday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PMSelect Saturday availability as needed, with flexibility between both locations.LocationsSayville, NY: 4 surgical operatories 1 consult roomSelden, NY: 5 surgical operatories 2 consult roomsIdeal Candidate A confident and ethical Oral Surgeon who values collaboration, clinical precision, and long-term relationships with both patients and referral partners.
