A thriving general dental practice in North Andover, MA is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. Our practice provides comprehensive care including preventive and restorative dentistry, implant placement, surgical procedures, and Invisalign. We are looking for a professional who combines strong clinical skills with exceptional patient service and has a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during all procedures, including restorative, surgical, and implant placement cases
- Take and process dental radiographs (state licensure required)
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care
- Deliver outstanding customer service by supporting patients throughout their visits and ensuring comfort and trust
- Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with Invisalign and advanced cosmetic or surgical procedures as trained
- Capture high-quality clinical photography to support treatment planning and case documentation
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Registered Dental Assistant license in Massachusetts
- X-ray certification required
- Implant placement assisting experience and advanced dental photography skills strongly preferred (required for higher pay tier)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
