About the Role
This is a hands-on management role where you’ll coordinate and manage all subcontractors on reconstruction projects. You’ll oversee project schedules, quality control, and workflow to ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing all subcontractors on reconstruction projects
- Coordinating schedules, workflow, and project logistics
- Ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines
- Communicating with office, team, and clients as needed
- Overseeing demolition and reconstruction to ensure smooth project completion
- Managing the budget and ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
What You Need to Bring
- Experience in the construction industry – managing projects and subcontractors
- Solid work ethic and leadership mindset – ability to guide and motivate a team
- Reliability and common sense – plan ahead, problem-solve, and get the job done
- Valid driver’s license – for site visits and subcontractor coordination
- Positive attitude and pride in quality work
