We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Construction Crew Leader to oversee a team of 3-4 crew members on designated projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that the team stays on task, works efficiently, and follows company standards. The Crew Leader will also track team time and breaks, provide necessary training and support, and ensure that all tools and materials are available for the job. The Crew Leader will report to the Superintendent and work closely with them to fully understand the project scope.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3-4 crew members on assigned landscape construction projects.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Track and document crew hours, lunches, and breaks accurately.
- Provide on-the-job training and support to ensure team success.
- Ensure crew members have the right tools, equipment, and materials for the job.
- Communicate regularly with the Superintendent to stay aligned on project scope and expectations.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Assist in the installation of hardscapes, planting, and irrigation systems as needed.
- Troubleshoot job site challenges and find solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- 2 years of experience in landscape construction or a similar field.
- Previous leadership or crew management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction processes, tools, and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to train and mentor crew members effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
