Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Bury fiber and coax drops at residential and commercial properties
- Perform driveway and road bores as required
- Restore job sites to a clean and professional condition
- Work independently or manage your own crew to complete assigned work orders
- Communicate effectively with project managers and coordinators
- Must operate as a 1099 contractor under an active LLC or DBA
- Provide General Liability and Commercial Auto Insurance
- Have your own truck, trailer, and equipment
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Experience in fiber optic burial and knowledge of construction safety practices
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
- Able to use hand tools, read maps/blueprints, and perform physical labor
