We are a sales and business consulting firm representing AT&T, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized, in-person service. We are seeking a Customer Success Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our retail location. You'll answer questions, provide product and service guidance, assist with account needs, and ensure every customer receives knowledgeable, friendly support. By understanding each customer's goals, you'll help them explore AT&T's latest wireless solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
Customer Success Representative Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide professional, in-person assistance with AT&T products, services, and account inquiries.
- Listen to customer needs and recommend wireless devices, accessories, and service plans that best fit their lifestyle.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of smartphones, tablets, wearables, and connected devices.
- Assist customers with activations, upgrades, account changes, and basic device setup to create a smooth customer experience.
- Educate customers on available plan options, promotions, and service features so they can make informed decisions.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Build lasting customer relationships that encourage satisfaction, loyalty, and future business.
Customer Success Representative Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn new products, services, and technology quickly.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to company policy and/or legal requirements.
