Seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) initiatives in an industrial environment. This role partners with EAM leads and cross-functional teams to enable delivery of solutions related to maintenance, work management, and MRO processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Support delivery of EAM initiatives (work orders, scheduling, maintenance execution)
- Manage dependencies across maintenance, warehouse, and procurement teams
- Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
- Support backlog refinement and ensure readiness of user stories
- Communicate progress, risks, and metrics to stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Familiarity with EAM processes (work management, maintenance, asset lifecycle)
- Exposure to SAP (e.g., S/4HANA) preferred
