Job Description:
Serve as a recruiter for DCI Solutions
Utilize job listing tools to optimize responses
Create and post job descriptions
Conduct complete pre-screening activities for prospective employees
- Skillset, locality/relocation, verification of clearance, and salary range
Source and attract both active and passive job seekers
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
DOD/Government Contracting experience
Experience utilizing Job Boards/Aggregators, Applicant Tracking Systems
Excellent verbal and written communication
Security Clearance: Secret
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000-$60,000 ( Commission Bonuses)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
