Field Support Representative
Location: Bahrain (*90/90 Rotation)
Job Description
Serve as an FSR Analyst
Work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users
Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases
Solve unique and challenging problems
Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise
Provide desk-side training to analysts
Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
Staff the Help Desk
- Respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues
Provide feedback to the engineering team about product
Attend and provide assistance during briefings with senior leaders
Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gaps.
Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
Answer questions from senior leaders
Qualifications:
5 years of experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
Recent experience with one or more of the following is required:
- Maven and/or or Foundry
- Experience with Gotham, Gaia, and/or AIDP is a plus
Experience supporting Naval contracts
Technical background with working knowledge of:
- HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration
Experience training analyst in a classroom setting
Strong knowledge of Excel
*Note: This role is 90 Days on duty in Bahrain, followed by 90 days off at your HOR
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

Salary: $100,000-$120,000 (Pay is full-time all year including the half of year you are off)

- intel analysis : 5 years (Preferred)
- fusion cell: 3 years (Preferred)
- supporting naval or joint environments : 3 years (Preferred)
- building initial dashboard products : 3 years (Preferred)
- Foundry, and/or Maven: 3 years (Preferred)
- Gotham, and/or AIDP: 3 years (Preferred)
Security clearance:
- Top Secret (Required)
