Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager located in Nashville, TN. The IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager will oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include ensuring system reliability, leading the IT operations team, analyzing system performance, managing vendor relationships, and implementing best practices for security and compliance. The role also includes overseeing disaster recovery planning, managing budgets, and supporting business objectives by leveraging technology effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure Management, System Administration, and Network Design
- Proficiency in IT Operations, including Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Performance Optimization
- Familiarity with IT Security, Compliance, Disaster Recovery, and Data Backup solutions
- Experience in Vendor Management, Budget Planning, and Contract Negotiations
- Excellent Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and support IT staff
- Effective Communication, Organizational, and Decision-Making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or Microsoft Azure) are a plus
- Experience in the healthcare or nonprofit industry is preferred
