Responsibilities
- Service existing clients with NO expectation of selling the clients any additional lines of products or services.
- Promptly respond to client emails and phone calls while providing exceptional customer service.
- Work with vendor partners to obtain quotes for client meetings.
- Prepare open enrollment and new hire materials for meetings, requiring proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe PDF.
- Process vendor changes for groups that switch carriers, working closely with admin contacts and vendor partners to obtain and submit required paperwork.
- Maintain and update internal data systems, including: Employee Navigator, Benefits Guide, and internal server files.
- Answer incoming phone calls on a multi-line system, as needed.
- Resolve client billing and employee claim issues, as needed.
- Other administrative and teamwork duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Strong multi-tasking, follow-thru and follow-up skills with accountability for completing tasks.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and confident communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong email etiquette and responsiveness.
- Accurate data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel (document creation, formatting, email management, calendaring).
- Strong ability to navigate multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems and/or benefits administration platforms, specifically Employee Navigator is a major plus.
- Adaptability to new systems and processes.
- Experience in employee benefits, insurance, or HR-related fields.
- Have current Health and Life Insurance License or be willing to obtain.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
