Service porter/Entry Level Advisor

Dealership:

DCH Brunswick Toyota, part of the Lithia & Driveway auto dealership group, is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Department Porter. This role offers the opportunity to grow into an entry-level express advisor position.

Job Title: Service Department Lot Porter

Starting Wage: $16-$17 per hour

• Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for repairs.
• Maintain vehicle displays to support sales activities.
• Deliver vehicles and assist the shuttle driver as needed.
• Thoroughly clean and maintain all vehicles.
• Monitor tire pressure, add air and fuel as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store, showroom, and lot.
• Run miscellaneous errands for the service department.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans with manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong customer service focus and a team player.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
