JOB DESCRIPTION
DCD LAW, Inc. is a fast-growing criminal defense firm in Los Angeles seeking 1-2 additional sharp, courtroom-ready attorneys who want real responsibility, real cases, and real growth.
This is not a back-office role.
This is not a training position.
You will be in court. You will handle cases. You will be expected to perform.
Our office is located in a high-rise in Sherman Oaks, central to courts across Los Angeles, and supported by a strong team that allows our attorneys to focus on what matters—winning cases and serving clients at a high level.
What You’ll Do
- Appear in court regularly (arraignments, pre-trials, motions, preliminary hearings)
- Handle your own caseload with support from our team
- Communicate directly with clients and guide them through critical decisions
- Work closely with the managing attorney on strategy and case development
Who This Is For
- 2–6 years of experience (preferred)
- Prior courtroom experience is required
- Comfortable being in court multiple days per week
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage a fast-moving caseload
- Spanish is a plus (not required)

- Attorneys looking for a slow or low-pressure environment
- Candidates without courtroom experience
- Individuals who need extensive training or supervision
Compensation
- Base salary: $80,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)
