This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, transparent financing experience for our customers.

Nucar Toyota of Norwood is hiring an Automotive Finance Assistant to support the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department by ensuring all vehicle finance transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with dealership and lender requirements. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, transparent financing experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Business Managers with the preparation and processing of vehicle finance and lease documents
- Review deals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Nucar and lender standards
- Submit completed deals to lenders and follow up on funding status
- Verify customer information, credit applications, and required documentation
- Maintain organized deal jackets and digital records
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and Title/Registration teams
- Assist customers during the financing process with professionalism and care
- Ensure confidential customer information is handled securely and ethically
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior automotive dealership, finance, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and dealership management systems
- Willingness to learn automotive finance processes and compliance standards
