What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and identify their vehicle service and repair needs
- Create and manage repair orders from check-in through vehicle delivery
- Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally
- Provide estimates and keep customers updated on repair status and timelines
- Work closely with technicians and the service team to keep work moving efficiently
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service
- Help drive service department performance while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customers and priorities
- Positive, professional attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment
- Automotive service or dealership experience is a plus
- Previous sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience may also be a great fit
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable driving requirements
