Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Build rapport with customers to create trust and encourage them to visit the dealership.
- Set qualified sales appointments and confirm details with customers.
- Keep accurate records in CRM of all interactions and follow-ups.
- Proactively follow up with customers who have shown interest but not yet scheduled.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and great customer experience.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly contact and appointment goals.
- Experience in customer service, call center, or sales coordination preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and text).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
