Accounting Openings

Full-Time | Exempt | On-site

We are seeking an Accountant to support accurate financial reporting and a disciplined month-end close within a growing, multi-location organization. This role ensures accounting records are maintained in compliance with GAAP, OEM requirements, and internal controls while partnering with operational and finance teams to support timely reporting.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and post journal entries and month-end accruals
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain clean supporting schedules
• Support accounting for inventory, fixed assets, and OEM programs
• Assist with month-end close, audits, and reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Partner with dealership and corporate teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support standardized accounting processes and continuous improvement
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 1-3 years of accounting experience; dealership or retail experience a plus
• Working knowledge of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency; DMS or accounting system experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management skills
• Service-oriented, accountable, and execution-focused mindset

• Periodic extended hours during month-end close
