Our Construction Management team has an immediate need for a Project Manager.

What You Will Do

  • Manage project timelines and budget
  • Effectively communicate project information to clients, regulators, and key stakeholders
  • Develop relationships with clients; become trusted advisor
  • Work to resolve project needs
  • Lead effectively in a highly dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Assume responsibility for the successful delivery of products and services within the department, and high satisfaction and performance of department employees.
  • Establish and maintain a strong technical delivery model across all functions in the department that is agile to changing customer requirements.
  • Establish strong relationship with key customers.
  • Ensure successful delivery of high-quality products and services to customer on time and on budget.
  • Ensure strong project management acumen throughout the department and contribute to that capability across the contract.
  • Perform other duties as required.

You are a critical thinker with excellent analysis and problem-solving abilities. You are a result driven leader who adheres to the highest levels of ethical practice. Proven ability to prioritize tasks for yourself and your team and integrates with excellent time management resulting in top performance. Relationship management both externally and internally is a mastered skillset.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
  • PE license in Texas
  • 5 years civil engineer experience required
  • Staff management experience
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. design codes and standards
  • Related local experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Project management, critical thinking, and complex data interpretation skills
