- Conducts staff training relevant to program improvements and quality assurance
- Assists with improvement and maintenance of data accuracy based on subject matter expertise
- Works with data analyst to track, review, and validate data and outcome reports
- Coordinates quarterly file audit processes internally and with the Department of Children and Families (DCF)
- Supports DCCCA as needed in DCF required Workgroups along with DCCCA identified Liaisons
- Participates in evidence-based practice implementation and fidelity teams
- Monitors evidence-based practice fidelity
- Manages evidence-based practice outcome evaluation data collection and reporting
- Supports the organization when critical incidents occur through chart reviews and the full cycle of risk mitigation and review
- Reviews Fee for Service charts for clinical and compliance on a quarterly basis to maintain a high level of quality in documentation standards
- Job may require the employee to be able to regularly drive to various DCCCA locations and other business locations throughout the day including early morning or evening hours
- Bachelor's degree in related field is required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience working in evidence-based programs
- Experience specifically in health care or child welfare preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office products
- Must possess a valid state Driver's License, in force automobile liability insurance, and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization's insurability standard as defined by DCCCA policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position.
