Position: Internal HR Communications Lead
Location: Full Time On-Site
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: VP of Human Resources
What You'll Do:
- Craft Compelling Messages: Develop and deliver dynamic content that brings our vision to life for our internal teams.
- Own the Narrative: Lead the creation of all internal communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with our strategic goals.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with the HR team, Executive Committee, and other departments to create engaging content, including emails, intranet articles, videos, webinars, and presentations.
- Drive Change: Manage transformation and change management communications, supporting key campaigns and projects.
- Enhance Engagement: Develop and implement communication plans that boost employee engagement and brand awareness.
- Lead Technology Initiatives: Oversee new communication technology projects to streamline and enhance our internal messaging.
- Measure Impact: Establish feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of communication initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5 years in change management communication, internal communication, or HR communication/administrative support.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attributes: A proactive initiator who can work independently, build strong professional relationships, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
