We are seeking a Front-of-House Manager to join our team at Habana, one of the most popular restaurants inside the Irvine Spectrum Center. We operate some of the most well-known restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in Los Angeles and Orange County.

Inspired by 1940s Cuba, Habana is lively, colorful, and full of energy. From mojitos and rum cocktails to live music and a bustling dining room, it’s a place where our guests come to celebrate, connect, and have fun. Role Summary
The Front-of-House Manager will work closely with the General Manager and management team to ensure service, staff, and operations run smoothly while delivering the level of hospitality that makes Habana a destination restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support FOH staff, including scheduling, performance feedback, and team development

· Jump in as needed: expedite food, run drinks, bus tables, or assist wherever the floor needs you

· Ensure consistent service standards and guest satisfaction, handling guest concerns with care

· Oversee opening and closing procedures, including financial and administrative tasks

· Maintain knowledge of food allergens and ensure staff is trained accordingly

· Uphold cleanliness, professionalism, and a fun yet polished environment

Requirements

· Strong communication and leadership skills

· Current food handler’s certificate

· Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs

Experience

· Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience required

· Strong service, food, and beverage knowledge

· High-volume, fast-paced, or high-profile restaurant experience preferred
