What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farmworker position at DCB Farms, Inc.?
Workers will prepare soil, plant, cultivate, and harvest wheat, hay and cotton. Workers will transport harvest to storage areas and pack for shipping. Workers will assist in cleaning and maintenance of the equipment used. Workers will assist in the cleaning of the storage areas. Workers may be required to work long hours in the sun in the work process. Workers must be physically able to bend and stoop for long periods of time. Able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Physically able to meet and perform all other job specifications.
