Job Summary
DC Tree Works is a growing, veteran owned company looking to expand our horizons and provide a superior service to our community. We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and safety-focused Tree Climber / Bucket Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tree pruning, removals, rigging, and operating aerial lift equipment. This position requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe work practices while providing high-quality tree care services.

The only true requirement we have for this job is you must have a passion for working outside.
Requirements
- Current PA driver's license.
- Minimum of 2 years climbing or bucket experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to and from work every day. Our days start at 7:00 am.
- Must like working outside in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn how to operate and maintain equipment.
- Ability to communicate well with both our team members and customers.
