We pride ourselves on honest diagnostics, clear communication, and high-quality service.We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable Service Writer / Service Advisor who understands vehicles, can order parts directly from suppliers, and explain car issues in detail to customers. This is not an entry-level position.Position OverviewThe Service Writer / Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers and must have real automotive knowledge. You will manage parts orders, provide detailed explanations of vehicle issues, and guide customers through repair decisions.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers in English and Spanish, explaining vehicle problems and repair options in detailCall and coordinate with auto parts suppliers to order and track partsPrepare accurate estimates and obtain customer authorizationsSchedule and follow up on repair appointmentsMaintain detailed records of repairs, parts, and customer interactionsAssist with invoicing, payments, and ensuring customer satisfactionQualificationsFluent in Spanish and English (required)Strong automotive knowledge (engine, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, etc.)Experience ordering parts from suppliers and managing deliveriesPrevious Service Advisor/Writer or dealership experience strongly preferredExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and attitudeThis is a professional-level role — entry-level applicants will not be considered
