This is a full-time on-site position located in Vancouver, WA, for a Loan Officer at DC Lending. The Loan Officer will evaluate loan applications, review underwriting criteria, and originate loans. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial information, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and guiding them through the home loan process. Collaboration with other team members to meet client needs and company goals is integral to this role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Loan Origination, Loan Officers, and Underwriting practices
- Proficiency in Finance principles and understanding of lending regulations
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with mortgage lending software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Valid loan originator license as required by state and federal law
