We're looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney / Senior Trial Attorney who wants more than just another litigation position. What You'll Do

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from filing through trial and resolution.
• Lead your own support team, including paralegals and legal assistants.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, experts, and treating physicians.
• Conduct court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and hearings.
• Develop litigation strategy and prepare cases for trial.
• First-chair or second-chair jury trials when necessary.
• Aggressively negotiate with defense counsel and insurance carriers to maximize case value.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients while providing outstanding representation.
• Ensure compliance with all litigation deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Take ownership of your cases and proactively move them toward successful resolution.

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 3 years of California personal injury litigation experience.
• Proven deposition and courtroom experience.
• Trial experience or a genuine desire to regularly try cases.
• Exceptional legal writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.
• Someone who is proactive, competitive, and not afraid to pick up the phone, challenge defense counsel, and push cases forward.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
