This candidate must be able to work the complete sales cycle from finding the decision-maker to closing the deal. We need someone who is disciplined, a quick learner, self-sufficient, and consistently willing to put in the work to be successful. This position requires a lot of work and dedication but those who succeed are rewarded with better opportunities and uncapped commission.Remote Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:Achieving activity metric goals such as cold calls, account touches, and pipeline numbersResearching each account to find the correct department and decision maker with tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorWorking through the entire sales cycle from outreach to contract signatureGiving presentations and demos to prospects and customersMaintaining and growing your book of businessBecoming a subject matter expert to find solutions that fit customer’s needsSubmitting responses to RFPsUsing Salesforce to manage Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, and TasksWorking with customers on contract changes, additions, escalations, and renewalsAchieving your quarterly quota and having a good contract renewal rateRequired Skills:Hard working to create new businessCold-calling, prospecting, and closing skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented professional with a strong ability to work independentlyStrong communication, negotiation, customer service and time-management skillsDisciplined and organizedEnthusiasm and ability to learn about DC Group, industry, processes, and customersDetail oriented, with logical thinking skillsIntermediate to advanced PC skillsA positive attitude and an ability to represent DC Group with professionalismAbility to work in a fast-paced, challenging and changing work environmentPreferred Skills:2 years of business-to-business sales experienceExperience working a longer sales cycleBachelor’s degreePrevious experience working with a CRM systemEmployee Benefits Including:Competitive base pay $26.44-$36.06/hour Robust uncapped commission structure7 paid holidaysPaid time off (PTO) Medical PlanDental PlanVision PlanPet InsuranceHealth Savings AccountCompany paid employee STD/LTD/Life/AD&DSupplemental plans (Critical Illness, Accident, Life/AD&D)401(k) plan with employer matchAs a Remote Sales Executive, you'll receive a robust uncapped commission structure, strong starting salary, and great benefits.
