What You’ll Do
- Represent and sell luxury lots and turnkey residences within an internationally recognized private island destination.
- Build relationships with global high-net-worth buyers, primarily from the U.S. market.
- Deliver a seamless, world-class client experience, from private tours of beach clubs and estates to bespoke buyer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with a passionate, professional sales team to achieve results and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
- Enjoy a dynamic day-to-day—from energizing morning meetings to showcasing exclusive properties, attending operations meetings, and connecting with potential buyers during curated experiences on the island.
Who We’re Looking For
- Young, energetic, and polished professional with maturity and sophistication.
- Background in luxury sales (real estate, branded residences, or luxury hospitality).
- Real estate sales experience preferred; experience in top-tier hospitality (e.g., luxury resort or branded residences) also considered.
- Fluent, native-level English speaker, confident communicating with discerning clients.
- High emotional intelligence, coachable, and a proactive self-starter.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

The Package
- Base Salary: USD $80,000
- Commission: 0.2% on sales
- Housing Allowance: USD $1,500/month
- Relocation Flights: Provided (relocation package not included)
