Responsibilities

• Safely operate luxury vehicles, including sedans, limousines, and Sprinter vans, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures while adapting to changing traffic conditions.
• Provide personalized customer service by assisting clients with luggage, opening doors, and addressing their specific preferences during each trip.
• Maintain the cleanliness and impeccable condition of assigned vehicles through regular inspections and basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Keep detailed records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Communicate professionally with clients before, during, and after journeys to confirm schedules or address special requests.
• Conduct routine safety checks on vehicles to identify mechanical issues early and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Follow company policies for confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times during client interactions.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial driving roles such as Executive Chauffeur, limousine service or shuttle driving, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; familiarity with various vehicle types including box trucks or school buses is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and GPS navigation tools to optimize routes efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to anticipate client needs and communicate effectively.
• Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues independently when necessary.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities calmly under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Experience in hospitality or roles requiring high levels of discretion and confidentiality is preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
