What You’ll Do:
As a BMS Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing intelligent building systems for commercial environments—especially supermarkets. Your work will help optimize energy use, improve comfort, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design building automation systems, HVAC controls, and refrigeration control systems.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and controls engineers to produce detailed BMS construction documents.
- Translate engineering concepts into precise designs using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
- Progress toward leading small to medium-scale BMS projects.
- Work closely with drafters, designers, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other office tools to support design documentation and analysis.
- Stay on track with project schedules and budgets.

- Experience with Revit design (through education or professional work).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and BMS systems is a plus—but not required.
