Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Mitigation Lead Technician with strong field experience. In this role, you will lead crews, manage day-to-day jobsite activities, and ensure mitigation projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Duties
- Lead mitigation crews on water, fire, and mold restoration projects.
- Delegate tasks, maintain workflow, and ensure proper jobsite safety.
- Perform mitigation services according to industry standards and company SLAs.
- Ability to prepare basic estimates and provide accurate field documentation to support the estimating team.
- Complete all required job documentation, including photos, notes, equipment logs, and moisture readings.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance representatives, and internal team.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on mitigation experience (water, fire, mold).
- IICRC WRT certification required (additional certifications a plus).
- Proven leadership experience supervising technicians or leading jobsite operations.
- Knowledge of drying techniques, industry standards, and mitigation equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
