To serve as operational guardian of the physical product, overseeing 3PL operations and product integrity from warehouse to patient. To drive accountability of Forecast Accuracy, serve as a sync between commercial sales forecast and supply chain execution, ensuring 100% product availability with minimal inventory waste. Protects the company from stocking out (lost revenue) or overstocking (wasted opportunity cost of capital). Ensuring operational continuity of distribution operations with compliance. Oversee Commercial as well as Samples & Demo product distribution operations.
Location: Warren, New Jersey - 3 days on site minimum

This mission drives our commitment to the advancement of treatments for patients and their families. That is why we are investigating a potential new class of immunotherapy, epicutaneous immunotherapy (EPIT), that aims to re-educate the immune system of patients through the skin.
Today, we are focused on exploring the use of Viaskin to address food allergies, a devastating condition that afflicts millions of patients. As an important milestone in our journey, we hope to offer the first epicutaneous immunotherapy treatment for peanut allergy.
Tomorrow, as pioneers, we will continue to explore the broad applications of this potential new class of immunotherapy, including treatments for patients suffering from inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.

Key Responsibilities
- 3PL Governance: Manage ‘daily’ operational relationship with 3PLs. Conduct weekly / bi-weekly / monthly performance reviews and adherence to KPIs / SLAs
- Leads the S&OP process. Facilitates consensus between commercial teams upstream SC team. Ensures that key market insights, trends and priorities are captured & communicated. Ensures that S&OP goals, objectives, processes and timelines are adhered to by participants
- Manage safety stock levels and minimize trapped working capital while ensuring zero-stockout environment for patients. Works in detail on Demand planning, Inventory planning & replenishment planning.
- Monitor product expiry and batch level data to minimize obsolescence and write-offs
- Direct continuous improvement of planning processes in line with future operating model
- Oversee execution processes – Order Management, Inventory Control, Forward and Reverse logistics
- Oversees customs trade compliance to ensure downstream processes remain compliant
- Ensure 100% compliance with GDP. Monitor real-time temperature data for all shipments and lead the initial investigation into any excursions
- Oversee ‘daily’ serialized data transmission compliance, both inbound and outbound.
- Manage carrier (Small Parcel, LTL, FTL) network performance, whether 3PL or company owned
- Ensure audit readiness at the 3PL DCs at all times for external or internal audit
- Contribute to design and implementation of IT solutions to support downstream operations
- Ensures rapid escalation of business-critical decisions to top management
- Customer Service Level, Optimal product availability at 3PL DCs, Optimized cost to serve for secondary distribution.
- Forecast Accuracy at country level and optimized stock levels of finished products in the secondary distribution network
- 6-10 years of experience in warehousing & distribution operations, out of which at least 2 years in sales and operations / demand planning
- Good knowledge of DSCSA and serialization requirements
- Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt preferred
- Experience with 3PL management is essential
- Expertise in ERP systems (MS-Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
- Expertise in MS-Excel and Excel based modeling
- Ability to challenge decisions with data / data driven models
