Job Title: Mechanical Designer
Location: Roseau, Minnesota

Job Description & Skill Requirement:
• Experience in Design & development of off-road vehicle is preferred.
• Sheetmetal, Tubes, Casting, Weldments modeling and drawing knowledge.
• Hands on with manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in handling various projects involving conceptual and detailed design, development, packaging, and feasibility study.
• Working closely with quality, manufacturing, and production departments to resolve manufacturing related issues.
• Study the entire vehicle for better understanding & knowledge of all existing components and systems.
• Simplify component and assembly for easy manufacturing and assembly.
• Handle all the sub system in Level-3 program on client projects.
• Create chassis and ROPS system as per the vehicle envelope and load requirement .
• Welding Fixture creation for Chassis & Sub-Assemblies.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Handle master model data.
• Study of similar competitor vehicle in market.
• Good Communication Skills and Co-ordination with cross functional team/engineers for product development with excellent project management and technical skills.
