This role has a strong focus on bank security systems. Candidates must have experience with DMP alarm systems, and experience with March Networks or Verint video surveillance systems is highly preferred.

We are particularly interested in candidates with prior experience servicing banking equipment or retail cash devices such as cash recyclers, ATMs, smart safes, and bank security systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Service: Accurately service, maintain, and troubleshoot various forms of banking equipment and security systems in client branches, identifying and communicating any issues to maintain a high level of functionality and security.
- Security Systems Support: Install, service, and troubleshoot DMP alarm systems and related bank security equipment. Support video surveillance systems, including March Networks and Verint platforms when applicable.
- Schedule and Inventory Management: Manage workload to complete daily scheduled service requirements and maintain inventory control of parts and equipment on the company vehicle.
- Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer support, confidently communicating with clients, maintaining professionalism on job sites, and communicating any unresolved issues with the team and upper management.
Competencies
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of servicing cash automation equipment, cash recyclers, ATMs, and other banking equipment.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of troubleshooting equipment and security system performance issues.
- Ability to interact and clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders in person, via email, and over the phone.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of ARCA and Diebold products. (Essential)
- Experience servicing and troubleshooting DMP alarm systems. (Required)
- Experience with March Networks and/or Verint video surveillance systems. (Highly Preferred)
- Experience with traditional banking equipment, including safes, night deposits, and pneumatic tube systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple daily client requirements.
- Displays a professional attitude when working with clients and on job sites.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness, accountability, and outstanding attention to detail.
