This isn't cold calling. You won't spend your day knocking on doors trying to find customers.
Your appointments are scheduled for you.

- Perform scheduled service and maintenance appointments
- Inspect existing DBS systems and identify potential concerns
- Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions
- Explain what you're seeing in a way homeowners can easily understand
- Educate customers about maintenance, upgrades, and additional solutions when appropriate
- Recommend products or services that can further protect their home
- Complete quality service work and documentation
- Build relationships that keep customers confident in DBS long after their original project
- Deliver the kind of experience that makes customers want to call DBS again—and recommend us to others
