We are building our commercial sales team and seeking a Business Development Representative who understands the SMB IT landscape and is motivated by performance-based compensation with no ceiling.
Role Description
This is a part-time and or full-time, remote position for an IT Business Development Representative. In this commission-only position, you will drive sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and building strong relationships with new clients. Key daily tasks include generating leads, conducting client outreach, scheduling meetings, and presenting tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions offered by DBRShield. You will work in a collaborative environment to strategize on new markets, meet sales targets, and contribute to our mission of providing industry-leading IT security and compliance services.
Qualifications
- Skills in Inside Sales and consistent Lead Generation for new partnerships
- Ability to drive business growth through Sales and Business Development techniques
- Proficient Communication skills, including relationship building and client engagement
- Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity products and services is beneficial
- Previous experience or education in sales, business, or IT-related fields is a plus
*You have two or more years of B2B sales experience in IT, telecommunications, or managed services. You are comfortable building your own pipeline and are motivated by uncapped upside rather than base-salary security.
