Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 USD per hour

Dbox is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. If you have hands-on maintenance experience, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including but not limited to painting, plumbing, minor electrical work, door and window repairs, sheet rock installations, Firewatch, stripping, haul-offs, salting sidewalks, brick work, and ceiling tile replacements.
• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with industry standards.
• Manage and oversee the distribution of required materials to assigned technicians.
• Use a smartphone to receive work orders, document job progress, and update job completion status.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in basic handyman tasks and general maintenance.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment for painting, plumbing, minor electrical work, and repairs.
• Must own and provide tools.
• Ability to pull a trailer and haul off supplies
• Ability to use a smartphone for receiving and updating work orders.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel between job sites.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to be on-call.
• Must be able to come into the Corporate Office located in Garland, TX if needed.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather.
• Must be willing to travel Forth Worth, Garland and surrounding cities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or certifications are a plus.

Additional Information:

• Mileage reimbursement is provided for vehicle use.
• The position requires on-call availability as needed.
