Role Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Corporate Services Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, in office (Dover, Delaware) role. The successful candidate will manage corporate filings, serve as a point of contact for state and federal compliance, and ensure accurate and timely completion of required documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with corporate filings, compliance, and registered agent services
Process legal documents, manage orders, and conduct business name searches
Provide top-tier customer support via phone and email
Maintain compliance records, collaborate with finance teams, and ensure client satisfaction
Qualification
Relevant corporate services experience
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software applications
