We are looking for a strong Night Shift Production Supervisor (8p-4a) to lead an experienced, well-established crew and play a key role in the continued growth of our operation. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all activities on the night shift within the precast production facility, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Lead, motivate, and train team members in safe work practices, manufacturing procedures, and equipment operation.
- Oversee the operation of heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes for materials handling and transportation within the plant.
- Maintain safety protocols by conducting regular inspections, enforcing compliance with OSHA regulations, and addressing hazards promptly.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance or escalate issues to ensure schedule is adhered to.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products while coordinating with warehouse staff for efficient storage and dispatch.
- Document production activities through detailed reports, logs, and incident records to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associates Degree preferred.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in construction or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to lead a team efficiently while maintaining high safety standards and quality control measures.
- Experience with heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, or other machinery used in manufacturing or construction environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and critical thinking ability to troubleshoot issues related to production processes.
Pay: $68,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
