DBLG Delivery, a proud FedEx Ground contractor, is urgently hiring AVP (Alternative Vehicle Program) Delivery Drivers! We’re looking for reliable, energetic individuals ready to work independently and efficiently.
This is the perfect opportunity for those with 4–6 hours of availability during the day who want to stay active, get out of the house, and earn extra income. Ideal for gig workers (DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats, etc.), retirees, or anyone looking for a flexible supplemental job!

What You’ll Do:
- Pick up packages from a designated terminal
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages using your own vehicle
- Scan and log each delivery using a smartphone
- Navigate using GPS to reach destinations accurately and on time
- Get in and out of your vehicle multiple times per shift
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Have a clean driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Own a reliable vehicle from 2015 or newer
- Ability to complete 15–20 stops per hour – performance is monitored to ensure route efficiency
- Must be comfortable performing physical tasks (getting in/out of vehicle, carrying packages)
Schedule & Pay:
- $20/hour
- Shifts start between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM
- Flexible hours: work 4–6 hours/day, depending on volume and performance
