DBLG Delivery, a trusted FedEx Ground service provider, is looking for dependable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a company-provided delivery vehicle safely and professionally
• Deliver packages to residential and business locations on an assigned route
• Load and unload packages as needed
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Verify package accuracy and complete necessary documentation
• Provide courteous, professional customer service during every interaction
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or route changes
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition
• Report accidents, issues, or traffic violations immediately

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical(No felonies or misdemeanors allowed)
• Prior delivery or driving experience is preferred
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit – must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs using a dolly
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20.00/hour starting pay
• Weekly pay
• Paid training (at full rate)

Schedule:

• Start Time: 8:00 AM
• Shift Length: 8–9 hours
• Flexible Shift Options:
• Monday – Saturday
• Tuesday – Sunday
• Weekend-only: Saturday & Sunday
• Typical Stop Count: ~140 stops per day
