Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in DeBary, FL. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing thorough and accurate construction estimates, performing quantity take-offs, and managing project costs. Their day-to-day tasks will include analyzing drawings, specifications, proposals, and site conditions to develop project budgets. They will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that project cost objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication skills for interaction with team members, clients, and vendors
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools
- Experience in commercial, multifamily, or hospitality construction preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
