What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, Enterprise Content Management Systems position at DBI Staffing?
We have an opening for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Content Management Systems.
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Content Management Systems will:
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Enterprise Content Platforms for secure, compliant, and efficient document management;
- In accordance with Information Governance policies, enforce document lifecycle management, access controls, and data security;
- Train and support users on content management with best practices and platform usage;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for platform vendors and internal stakeholders;
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the Enterprise Content Management space;
- Make recommendations on strategy based on firm requirements and changes in the technology landscape;
- Provide leadership and direct oversight of the ECM team. Ensure the team is operating at a high level, responsive to the business, and effective in delivery and support of all technologies and platforms owned;
- Provide technical support for core ECM Systems, including iManage DMS, MS Teams Workspaces, MS SharePoint and various client collaboration platforms; and
- Provide developer support for MS SharePoint on complex requirements.
Proficiencies:
- Deep experience managing a legal document management system, preferably iManage;
- Experience implementing and managing MS Teams Workspaces using the Intapp Workspaces product;
- 5 years’ experience managing intranet platforms, preferably hosted on MS SharePoint;
- Experience working within the professional services industry and supporting external collaboration platforms, including deal rooms, extranets, MS Teams; and
- Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and information governance best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred);
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an IT Enterprise Systems leadership role, with experience delivering high availability systems (required);
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and managing individuals (required);
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise content management, document management systems, or related roles (required); and
- Legal industry experience (preferred).

Salary : $155,500 - $225,750
