We are currently looking for one male trainer and one female trainer who feel called to work with kids and who want to grow deeper in their understanding of basketball, teaching, and leadership.
This role is not for someone looking to simply run drills or collect a paycheck. This is for someone who wants purpose, growth, and impact.

This is intentional. We care deeply about who we put in front of kids.

- Cares about confidence, body language, and mindset
- Wants to help kids win the small moments that build belief
- Sees coaching as a calling, not just a job
- Values transformation over ego

We are a small but fast growing program. Trainers who commit now and grow with us will be strongly positioned for:
- Increased coaching opportunities
- Leadership roles
- Expanded hours and responsibility
- Long term growth as the program scales
