Role Description
DB Rogers Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist to join our team on-site in Mount Airy, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and performing routine accounting activities such as journal entries and reconciliations. You will also utilize accounting software to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting while supporting the organization’s financial decisions with precise analysis and insights.
Qualifications
- Experience with Quickbooks Online
- Strong knowledge and experience with Financial Statements and Journal Entries
- Proficiency in the use of Accounting Software and a solid understanding of finance principles
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and attention to detail in assessing financial data accurately
- Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) is highly desirable
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience in an accounting or finance role
