Marketing Director

Job Summary

The Marketing Director leads the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. This role oversees the marketing team, manages cross-functional campaigns, and aligns marketing initiatives with business objectives. The Marketing Director plays a key role in shaping the company's brand identity, positioning, and customer engagement strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support corporate goals and business growth.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional development.
• Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, social media, events, and advertising.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI.
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a spokesperson for the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 8--10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3--5 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, brand strategy, and marketing
