Duties
- Manage daily route schedules to optimize delivery efficiency and meet customer expectations
- Supervise and support delivery drivers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate loading and unloading of packages
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections, including box trucks and courier vehicles
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Monitor route performance metrics, analyze data for continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or route management within a logistics or warehouse setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely on a daily basis
- Valid class E driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles
- Pass a drug screen and DOT physical
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards
- Physical stamina to handle long hours on the road and in warehouse environments
