DB Integrations is a rapidly growing FAA Part 145 repair station based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, specializing in special-mission aircraft and complex turbine-powered platforms (helicopters and fixed-wing). We support government, law enforcement, air ambulance, and other high-utilization special-mission operators.
As we continue aggressive expansion, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Maintenance to lead the entire technical operation and ensure we remain the go-to MRO for mission-critical turbine aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Full accountability for all maintenance, quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee complex integration projects
- Oversee heavy maintenance, phase inspections, modifications, and AOG field response
- Manage a growing team of A&P/IA technicians, inspectors, planners, and support staff
- Maintain and expand our FAA Part 145 capabilities (including adding new aircraft types and specialized capabilities)
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the FAA and customers on all technical and compliance matters
- Drive process improvement, training programs, tooling/equipment investment, and safety culture
- Final return-to-service authority
You Bring
- Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate; Inspection Authorization (IA) strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of turbine-aircraft maintenance experience (special-mission, HEMS, law enforcement, or military contractor background is ideal)
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Director of Maintenance, Chief of Maintenance, Maintenance Manager, or equivalent) at a Part 145 or Part 135 operation
- Proven track record managing turbine helicopter and/or fixed-wing special-mission fleets (Bell, Airbus, Sikorsky, Pilatus, Cessna Caravan, PC-12, King Air, etc.)
- Deep working knowledge of FAA regulations (Parts 145, 135, 91, 43) and SMS principles
- Strong business and financial acumen – able to manage budgets, control costs, and deliver on-time performance for demanding customers
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
